Cheryl is the laziest worker imaginable. She is impossible to contact, purposely ignores calls and has other workers deliver messages that she doesn't want to deliver herself. Worst dealership, Horrible service, over priced, used vehicles that will tear up on you the second you drive off the lot, and they will not care about you or the car they sold you. Leaving you in 13 k debt and a car you now have to get repaired. Please don’t be an idiot like me. Do not use this dealership.

Have only had one visit with this dealer, but I hope that I never have to return. I had to visit with an emergency tire situation. To simply patch a low tire, I spent about 4 hours there and was charged almost $50.00. In addition, the shop managed to break the tire monitoring sensor. Rather than replace it, they sent me on my way. To repair the sensor cost me another $85.00 when I got home. Repeated calls and emails have gone unanswered.

They had vehicles that other dealers did not. The financing was easy and the Cherokee is great. I could have saved myself some time by telling them that I wanted the blue instead of white. But once I saw the blue, that was it. The white one was clean and up front, but the blue was not. I waited.

A joke, they had the picture of one car and junkier for sale. Asked about a nother car and the listed price was 3,000 less than what they wanted.

Well it all went pretty good until my truck goes in for recall work and now it has had 2 diesel particulate filters put on and issue is still not fixed. The truck only has 28000 miles on it, bought brand new. I wish I would have kept my f250. The idiots listed on this page are not any of the people I have been dealing with, so where the xxxx are they at???

Service department would not answer the phone as it rang for over an hour. Service department would not return phone calls even if I left multiple messages in the dame day. Held my car hostage for over 1 month and did an unnecessary battery charge (which they later made me pay $150) and would not return the car until it was paid. After 1 month of waiting and 2 weeks of a part being lost in shipping, they finally called a partnered dealership and got the part to fix my car. I marked a one star because it would not allow me to do zero stars. I would not take my vehicle to them or purchase anything from them because they are very dishonest.
In a day that it seems most dealerships don't want to deal, Interstate was not one of them.

Leonard made the financing portion a breeze and their sales manager Kais had excellent customer service. I will never purchase a vehicle from you. It is disgusting that you mark a vehicle up $4000. Over retail!!! I bought a 21 Ram 3500 dually from Town & Country in Shreveport. You offered 10000 for my truck , they gave me 25000 and NO RETAIL MARKUP!! GUESS WHERE I WILL GO NEXT TIME!!! You loose!!

Bought a 2022 gladiator. Connor Bowlin was the salesman. They didn’t have exactly what we were looking for in hand but promptly found just what my wife was looking for. Delivery was quick and loaner car we had while waiting was decent. Connor kept me informed of everything going on during the whole process. Truck arrived and was just what we wanted

I wish that I had never purchased a Jeep based strictly on the caliber of service at Interstate Drive in West Monroe, LA. I tried making an appointment. That was a joke. Finally, got in on another day and my 6-month-old driver's side floor mat came back with greasy footprint smears on it. There service writer was a kind man that was quick and precise with his updates and information. He took good care of the entire situation with my Jeep. The only issue at all was due to a mix up in communication from me, not his fault at all.
Oil change and tire rotation. I have always a good experience. It’s never later than the time they estimate on being finished and most of the time it’s sooner.

Brought my truck in at 1:30pm for routine 30,000 mile maintenance on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 . I made the appointment online Monday, October 25, 2021. Dwane meet me when I arrived and said that the work would take about an hour to perform. They were done in 55minutes, Outstanding Customer Service!!! If you are look for a dealership that practices what they preach, SERVICE AFTER THE SALE, Interstate Dodge is the one!!!

Has a great selection of cars however they make you feel pressured and they rush you! I have had too many bad experiences here and a couple dealers made me feel like my money wasn’t good enough! Had the money for the car they never called me back and ended up selling the car from under me! And if you try to talk to a manager they never contact you! It sucks

We got there on a Saturday afternoon and the staff stayed past closing to the deal that we wanted and they were very friendly people.
The service was great from our sales person. until the car was sold out from under us AND him. we were the first customer there for the truck, and were test driving it. we came back ready to pay and someone else was already buying it out from under us. they never test drove it and were there after us. will never be going there again. they were also rude!!

Philip was told I only wanted my credit run one time. I didn't give permission for 6 hard inquires. When I called to speak with the sales manager Bryant he was very unpleasant. And they bait you the salesman Jordan I spoke with online wasn't even at the dealership he is internet sales. They lied about the rebate amount.
Andre did a great job at helping me find my first NEW car! GM Kevin was phenomenal! Kept my fiancé and I laughing the whole time. Loved the experience and have already told all of my friends to make the drive to visit this dealership when they are ready for something new!
My experience was so so. The real problem i have is before I took my car i had just put a set of tires on my car. And I told the gentleman that was helping me i could tell him where to get the tire from. Now am riding on 3 of the same tires and one odd tire.

I brought my automobile for one issue that cost close over a thousand and I when I got car back it was not working properly then they said it was another issue, paid them another 1000 and car still is not working properly...Don’t take your car to this dealership.

Coming in from out of town, I experienced a situation with the A/C . With temps in the 90’s, I went directly to Interstate Dodge. Duane Thompson was very welcoming, and suggested that I return 1st thing in the morning. I did, A shuttle ride to where we stayed the night was provided, and a few hours later, after a humidity sensor was replaced, we were able to continue on our journey. Duane was most helpful.
